jointly organized by internet society of china (isc) and baidu, the theme activity named "internet plus" empowering public legal services "zero distance" was held in beijing, on september 28. the activity was held in the way of "offline online". song mao’en, deputy secretary general of isc, attended the conference and delivered a speech.
song mao’en said that from the perspective of promoting the healthy, prosperous and sustainable development of the internet, enterprises should pay attention to the protection of the rights and interests of internet users, actively advocate the use of "digital" legal service efficiency, innovate the carrier and application of law popularization, and provide proper, efficient and low-cost dispute resolution and law popularization services for internet users.
at the meeting, song mao’en, deputy secretary-general of isc, and tan bingnan, general manager of baidu knowledge business department, signed the “framework agreement on cooperation on the construction of internet public legal services”.
