the 2022 governance training course on spam message and telecom network fraud, jointly held by internet society of china(isc) and the china association of communication on december 29-30, 2022. in order to improve the comprehensive treatment of spam message and prevent and combat telecom network fraud, this training was held online due to the epidemic, it will interpret relevant policy documents, respond to the reasonable demands of participants, and jointly promote the healthy, stable and high-quality development of the communication industry. the courses was rich in content, and nearly 200 participants participated in the training.
