on february 17, 2023 china internet development symposium and china internet association spring festival tea party of internet society of china（isc） were held in beijing. mr.zhang yunming, member of the party leadership group and vice minister of the ministry of industry and information technology, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. the symposium was chaired by mr.shang bing, president of isc.
