to conduct industry self-discipline is one of the main tasks of the internet scoeity of china (isc). it aims to build a harmonious market environment and promote the construction of social responsibility to create a new pattern of corporate accountability by formulating conventions, norms or standards to promote self-discipline awareness of enterprises, carry out mediation to fairly resolve members dispute, and protect rights and interests of users. in 2002, isc released the self-discipline convention on china internet industry，the first internet industry self-regulated norm conducted in china.
